Microneedling: This nonsurgical skin rejuvenation treatment is also known as collagen induction therapy because the procedure triggers the body's natural production of elastin and collagen, two nutrients that improve the appearance and health of your complexion. Easily performed with other treatments, such as vitamin serums or platelet-rich plasma (PRP), microneedling may help reduce stretch marks, scars, and pores.
Chemical Peels: This treatment creates a clearer, smoother complexion, dissolving dead or damaged skin cells using a special blend of minerals that prompts the skin to repair itself. The upper layers of the skin will begin to peel away, resulting in smoother fine lines and wrinkles and diminished blemishes. The heaviest peeling occurs between days 3 – 5. Peeling should be complete by day seven.

How Do Skin Care Treatments Work?
During your procedure at Top Tier Wellness and Beauty Medspa, our skin care team will have you lie down in a comfortable position to administer either your microneedling or peel treatment. Each procedure features very intricate and various steps, resulting in radiant outcomes.
Microneedling
A microneedling treatment is completed in one of our office procedure rooms in around 30 – 60 minutes with local anesthesia or numbing cream if requested, but most clients report mild or no pain and discomfort. The skin being treated will be cleaned before the handpiece is passed evenly over. The device uses multiple fine-gauge needles to safely and effectively make micro-injuries in the needed areas of the skin. The micro-injuries trigger the body's natural production of elastin and collagen, two nutrients that improve the appearance and health of your complexion. After the microneedling is complete, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or a serum with a vitamin infusion can be applied so the nutrients can penetrate deeper into the skin. A moisturizer will be massaged in along with sun protection because your skin will be more sensitive after the treatment.
Chemical Peels
To administer a chemical peel, we will ensure the skin is cleaned before applying the personalized solution to the face and/or neck. The solution will be left on for an appropriate amount of time before being gently rinsed off. To conclude the procedure, a neutralizing agent will be applied. For optimal results and to protect the newly treated skin, we advise clients to wear sunscreen and/or a hat for the rest of the day and limit sun exposure until the healing process is complete.

On day one we were greeted with warm smiles from Jo and Denisa (colleagues of Dr. Britt). There was a nice breakfast and casual introduction before we began the medspa course. Dr. Britt digs right in. You are given extremely thorough information regarding botox, fillers, injection techniques, Steps to establish business, medical director, branding, insurance, location, suppliers, marketing, LLC, PLLC, etc. ALL questions are not only answered but ENCOURAGED! If you leave with questions it's only because you chose not to speak up. The resources that are available via Dr. Britt are abundant...and she's eager to share her knowledge! Day 2 I learned IV hydration, mesotherapy, and non-surgical BBL. This is also your hands on day! You will actually perform services on clients. These are your clients fir the day. From using the EMR to review before treatment to documenting after treatment...YOU GET IT ALL. Details about products, supplies, pharmacies, building clientele, etc are also revisited on day two. That's right...a two day training has time to give you a review!!! Prior to leaving is Q&A. You don't get to leave with unanswered questions. I've put Dr. Britts plan to work and I'm well on my way! I have my LLC, website, social media presence...etc. She has the blueprint...go get it!
